It's easy to blow your own horn and tell you how great we are but we would rather let our guests tell you about our lodge.
"I have been to Costa Rica seven times in the
last three years. ..... 1 stayed at the Silver
King Lodge. I wanted to write and tell you what an excellent time
I had.
The Lodge was impressive as well as outstanding. The service was
unbelievable. I would say it is the best Lodge to stay at in
Costa Rica.
I would have to admit that I didn't expect the Lodge
to be that nice. I was in shock after the first day. The food was
exquisite and the service was out of this world. The meals were
always something different. It was like eating three full course
meals a day from a fancy restaurant. Of an evening we would
journey to the self serve bar where the selection of liquor and
beer was unreal. After a long day of fishing, the hot tub was a
relaxing option.

The
cabins we stayed in still smell new. They
were large rooms with tile floor bathrooms. It was nothing you
would expect to see in a Costa Rican Lodge. The rooms were
immaculate and the maid service was outstanding. The unique thing
about Silver King is that the maid would come while we were gone
and do our laundry at our request. This made it nice for the trip
home because our laundry was already done.
The fishing was excellent. Silver King made the fishing much more
enjoyable by providing all Rods and Reels for any type of
fishing. The huge boats had more than adequate space for fishing.
This made it easier to fish from any place on the boat.
Another thing that impressed me was the English speaking guides.
That made all the difference in the world. If you want to go
fishing up the river instead of on the ocean one day then
communication with the guide is top priority. They were ready to
fish at our convenience."
